Beef Ricotta Meatballs

INGREDIENTS FOR MEATBALLS


2 lbs ground beef

2 egg

1/2 Panko bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups ricotta cheese

6 tbsp milk

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1.2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried parsley

INGREDIENTS FOR MEAT SAUCE

3 tbsp olive oil

2 medium yellow onions chopped

2 green peppers chapped

4 garlic gloves minced

2 24 oz jar tomatoes with basil and garlic

1 jar Mariana sauce

2 28 oz crushed can tomatoes

2 14.5 oz diced tomatoes

2 cup medium red blend wine

1/2 grated parmesan cheese

1 tbsp dried parsley

1 tbsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

MEATBALLS

Mix meatball mixture together form into a ball. Roll into 2 to 3 inch balls, refrigerate until sauce is done.

FOR SAUCE

Cook ground beef until no pink, drain fat if need be on medium heat.

Cook onions, pepper and garlic in olive in a large pot until nice and tender, add all remaining ingredients bring sauce to a boil, cover and cook all day, stir sauce frequently.

COOKING MEATBALLS

Cover large pan with olive oil cook meatballs on each side, these meatballs will take awhile. Make sure they are crispy on the outside.

Yummy,,,

Layer sauce over meatballs and add topping of grated Parmesan cheese.
