1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
Italian five cheese shredded
fresh cracked black pepper
( Dressing )
1/2 olive oil
3 tbsp worchestershire
1 tbsp anchovy paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic gloves minced
1 egg
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Add all dressing in blender, blend well, till creamy
Place chopped Romaine in large mixing bowl,
add Caesar dressing to your liking, mix well
Place salad in bowl,
Top off with fresh cracked black pepper & Italian five cheese shredded
Refrigerate dressing until ready to serve
Let dressing refrigerate a couple hours before serving
