1o eggs boil in water for 10 minutes

Rinsed eggs under water & peel

Slice eggs long side

Remove yolk & place in mixing bowl

Set aside 4 slice eggs with yolk

 

 

(Mix)

All yolk

4 eggs slice with yolk

1/3 free mayo

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp barbacue sauce

5 drops tabasco

1/2 tsp white vinegar

 

Drop spoon full of egg mixture into cavities of sliced eggs

 

Sprinkle with fresh dill & paprika

Chill & Serve
