Bunch of green beans
Thin slices red onion
1 Garlic minced
6 tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Steam green beans
2 In a large bowl add all ingredients & mix well
Serve warm or cold
