Bake Zucchini Sticks

 

Pre heat oven 425

2 medium zucchini cut long slices

1 egg beaten

1/4 cup fat free half & half

1/4 cup flour

1 tbsp grated Parmasen Romano & Asagio Cheese

1 cup panko bread crumbs

a pinch of each. Black pepper; salt, garlic powder & oregano

 

mix salt, pepper, garlic powder & oregano with flour in shallow bowl

whisk egg with half & half in small bowl

in another bowl add panko bread crumbs & cheese, mix well

working in batches

Dredge each piece of zucchini into flour

egg mixture, letting excess drop off

Then panko mixture

Transfer zucchini to baking pan

Drizzle with olive oil

Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown

Serve with ranch dressing

Eat this when they come right out of the oven

If you wait to long, they will get soggy
