Bake Sockeye Salmon over Jasmine Rice

Set over at 350

Sockeye Salmon

Sauce

4 tbsp pineapple juice

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 large garlic minced

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp pepper

Mix sauce well in a medium size bowl and set aside

Place salmon in double aluminum foil in a large rectangular pan , fold up sides of foil

Pour sauce over salmon

Cover salmon with more aluminum foil

Bake salmon for 20 minutes

Broil salmon until lightly crispy

Let Salmon rest 10 minutes

Serve Salmon over jasmine rice, asparagus and a simple salad
