Spray pan with cooking spray
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion finely diced
3 garlic gloves minced
1/2 pound smoke sausage, sliced thin
2 28 oz cans pork & beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp yellow mustard
Sauté onions & garlic in olive oil in large sauce pan, cook until onions are tender, add sausage ,cook until sausage in brown. Stir in remaining ingredients , bring beans up to simmer , then put beans in prepared pan. Cook uncovered for 40-45 minutes, until the mixture is bubbly & thick
