Bacon & Cheddar Deviled Eggss

10 boiled egg peeled

5 bacon strips minced, box bacon Oscar Meyer, save 1 slice bacon for garnish

1/2 cup free mayo

1/4 cup sour cream lite

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 cup reduced shredded cheddar cheese, keep 1 tbsp cheese for garnish

salt & pepper to taste

 

Garnish, fresh chives, bacon, cheese & paprika

 

Boil eggs in water for 10-12 minutes, drain in cold water, peel

Cut eggs length wise in half, remove yolk to medium bowl

Keep 2 whole eggs & add to yolk bowl

Set half sliced eggs to the side

 

(Mash yolks & 2 eggs, add mayo, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice,

salt & pepper, 4 bacon strips minced, & shredded cheese, mix well)

 

Spoon 1 heaping tbsp yolk mixture into each white egg shells

Garnish deviled eggs with cheese, bacon, chives & paprika

 

So Yummy & Creamy!
