Romaine chopped
Salmon cooked any kind
Green pepper chopped
Carrots sliced
Red cabbage sliced
Cherry tomatoes sliced in half
Mandarin oranges
Pepper
Dressing
2 garlic gloves minced
1 tsp fresh ginger grated
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
Mix salad dressing and refrigerate several hours
Prepare salad
Layer with all ingredients starting with Romaine
Serve salad with Asian dressing
