5 – 6 Boneless Chicken Thighs
Marinate for Chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
2 garlic gloves minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
4 sticks of dried red chili peppers
Mix well place in large zip loc baggie with chicken. Marinated all day in refrigerator. Flip baggie throughout the day.
Cooked rice
Broccoli, carrots, celery, green onions
Sesame seeds
Grill chicken on medium charcoal coals. Cook each side till no pink.
Serve on top of bed of rice with steam broccoli, julienned carrots, chop celery and diced grill onions
1 tbsp sesame seed toasted
Cucumber salad
1 large cucumber
1/2 jalapeño pepper minced
1/4 cup red pepper
2 green onions diced
1/4 cup riced vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp toasted sesames
Mix all together refrigerator for a few hours
