This Pecan Pie is so delicious, you will be craving it each Holiday
Ingredients”
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
6 oz Pecan halves, dice some pecans & leave whole ones for the topping
1 stick butter 1/2 cup melted
2 tbsp whole milk
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 9 inch unbaked chocolate pie crust, ready to eat
whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
1: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
2: In a large mixing bowl, mix the brown sugar, sugar and eggs until creamy. Add the chopped pecans , melted butter, milk, flour and vanilla and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the pie shell. Arrange the pean halves on top of the pie crust in a circular patten.
3: Bake the pie for 55 minutes. Make sure pie is solid and not runny. The pie should be firm. It will set more as it sets.
Serve with whip cream or vanilla ice cream
