I love potatoes

These potatoes are amazing

 

8 medium red potatoes sliced thin

4 large garlic gloves, unpeeled

1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp fat free half & half

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

chopped parsley

 

Boil potatoes & garlic , till nice & tender

Drain water leave about 1 tbsp of water in pot

pick garlic out of potatoes

Smash garlic with flat big knife; discard garlic peeled

place cooked garlic & potatoes back in pot

 

Add to pot

1/4 grated Parmesan cheese

butter

half & half

salt & pepper

Use a potato smasher & mash  potatoes & garlic till all clumps are smooth

Spoon potatoes in cast iron skillet , add remaining 2 tbsp grated Parmasen cheese & chop parsley

Broil potatoes until  slightly brown & crispy!,,,

So Delicious ,
