Shrimp & Farfella Pasta

 

4 cups farfella pasta, cooked al dente

8 oz small cooked shrimp-devined

2 tbsp fresh basil, diced

4 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 tbsp white wine balsamic vinegar

slices of thin red onion

1/4 tsp onion powder

2 tbsp red pepper diced

1/4 tsp lemon pepper

 

Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl

Marinate in refrigerator for a few hours

Sprinkle pasta with grated Parmesan cheese & Serve!
