Cast Iron Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 frozen chop spinach drained

12 oz artichokes chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayo

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup whipping cream

salt and pepper to taste

Topping

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

Mix all ingredients in large bowl

Place in cast iron skillet

stir and cook on low for 15 minutes

Add cheese toppings

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly

Serve with chips, carrots and raw vegetables
